中企海外并购 七成失利
全球经济危机的情况下，不少家底殷实的中国企业纷纷到海外“扫货”，从矿产资源到金融资产，诸多领域都出现了中国企业的身影。但根据中国商务部的统计，2008年中国企业海外的并购行动，七成都不成功，亏损额达约2000亿元人民币(合近300亿美元)。
