本人对COVER LETTER的一点体会！

1。看了很多鬼佬的简历，他们的COVER LETTER多是两句话而已：
Enclosed is my resume for the office help position.
My salary expectancy is from $28,000 - $30,000.00.

2。我最近的体会是，在COVER LETER里，用BULLET的形式简要列出自己对该职位的优势！
似乎这样的COVER LETTER很受用，发出两封，都获得了面试机会！

COVER LETTER就是要简明扼要！写太长了，让人看了半天，还没找到主题，那只有被扔进垃圾桶的份儿了！

最后一点， 我很认同， 30秒内如果引不起HR的兴趣， 那就完了。 :p
