After installing the patch



1. use ccleaner to disable -- startup in Windows (5 viruses or trojans)

name and location

client.exe ....................appdata\roaming\microsoft\windows\start menu\programs\startup\client.exe
defender.exe.................appdata\roaming\microsoft\windows\start menu\programs\startup\defender.exe
startmenu.exe..............appdata\roaming\microsoft\windows\start menu\programs\startup\startmenu.exe

svchost.exe..................appdata\local\temp\rr.exe
sys32.exe....................appdata\local\temp\ar.exe

2. reboot

delete rr.exe and ar.exe
delete client.exe, defender.exe, startmenu.exe

Go to turbotax installation folder

rename Intuit.Ctg.Ttd.Views.dll ---> Intuit.Ctg.Ttd.Views.dll.new

rename Intuit.Ctg.Ttd.Views.bak --> Intuit.Ctg.Ttd.Views.dll

then you can update.




after updating

rename Intuit.Ctg.Ttd.Views.dll --> Intuit.Ctg.Ttd.Views.bak

rename Intuit.Ctg.Ttd.Views.dll.new --> Intuit.Ctg.Ttd.Views.dll

then you can use the software

rename Intuit.Ctg.Ttd.Views.bak --> Intuit.Ctg.Ttd.Views.dll

It says "No update is available: TurboTax is up-to-date.", is this normal?

where can you see Nyancat is running? I couldn't see it in task manager, neither windows services while turnbo is not running.

use any antivirus to scan.

You have to disable them first and reboot then you can delete them. Or else use an antivirus. Window Defender cannot stop those 5 virus from installing during the patch.

When you delete those 5 you will not see NyanCat Server .

Those 5 viruses or trojans will freeze the computer and close program randomly.




Also if TurboTax say there is NO update that is normal when you got the latest update.

Thanks for giving detailed instructions. I renamed those 5 files and rebooted my machine this morning. When I saw your reply here, I download and installed the ccleaner trail version, don't see Nyancat in tools. Does this mean Nyancat was already disabled when those files were renamed?

Since you rename them, it cannot find those files so it can not run those exe but it is better for you to delete those 5 files because they are viruses.

It is only when it run those exe then Nyancat thing will appear.


Note: I just noticed the registry run command of rr.exe and ar.exe still there refer to the picture.
Also the free version of Ccleaner can do the job no need to use the trial or buy the Ccleaner software.

Double check there is no run commands of any of these

这个破解版有问题。填好以后既不能打印也不能File。

I think it's too early, we need to wait for the version coming out in the end of Feb to update. It's not the problem of the crack.

按照楼主教程安装成功！有几点要注意：
 

1） 运行Patch之前要关闭杀毒软件，运行完之后马上查杀病毒，会发现三个木马软件，可以把他们清除
2）这时候运行Turbotax2020没有窗口弹出，我是在重启机器之后再运行，它自动Update。。。，完毕之后我再运行，还是没有窗口弹出 - 光标显示运行，然后消失。。。没有窗口出来
3）再次重新启动机器，这个时候运行Turbotax2020就正常跳出窗口，也没有提示激活。。。完全进入正常使用画面，试着做个简单的报税，没有问题！

确实是破解有问题。你可以试一试，到最后一点File程序就报错闪退。就算现在NETfile还没开放，打印也不应该有问题。我用Turbotax免费版打印税表一点都没有问题。这个版本破解不完全，只能填表，不能正常报税。

好像是有点问题。 是不能打印。。。。
