Attached is the Chinese flyer for the Workers of Colour Conference on May 7th. Your members can come for free. This would be very good for them in educating them about the issues of working people and how to fight for justice. Is it possible that some of your members would like to attend. If you give me a head count I will see if I can get them some IBEW t-shirts. Lunch is included for the day.

今天参加了这次工人大会，收获太大，感想太多。认识了许多朋友，视野开阔了很多，感觉这一天，MAKE 了一个大NETWORK,比我3年来的NETWORK还要大。感谢ACEW提供的这次机会和帮助。

Brothers,

Tommorow (May 12, 2005) is the big day. Nomination night is very important. Two things we must accomplish. The number one objective is to get Steve Martin elected to the position of Election Judge. Let us be clear, Larry Preistman is ELIGABLE. We have to invite all our union freinds to join us at the meeting so that they can vote for Steve. Secondly, we must get to the OFL Building by 6pm so that we can actively campaighn. Bring your friends and they will recieve a Joe Fashion T-shirt and hat to be worn during the meeting. We will need all the help that we can get,ask your friends again and again and again. We need them there. Also, more literature will be available to be handed our on jobs. See you Thursday at 6pm.

Our client a successful automotive manufacturer is currently searching for a CNC Programmer. As the CNC Programmer, you will reduce reject levels, deal with safety issues, increase production levels and keep costs down. This role will be responsible for formulating CNC programs, provide quality troubleshooting, operate and set up machines to perform repetitive machining operations and verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments. The position will also include training production team leaders as well as incorporating Kaizen techniques into daily work.
