MY PARENTS JUST GOT THE VISA FROM BJ
 

my parents mailed the applications to BJ and received the visa in 14 days.

they just submit the regular documents requested by the consulate

--with 50k rbm deposit certificate,
--8k CND available in Canada for their stay,
--no medical insurance certificate,
--no true copy of my PR card(regular copy only).
--no children's names required on the application form, only themselves.
--just use regular A4 paper for retired certificate and leave request approval letter
