外甥准备好了study permit 延期材料，不知道要邮寄哪里？

Effective May 29, temporary residents currently residing in Canada with valid student or temporary foreign worker status must submit their application for a new temporary resident visa to the Case Processing Pilot Office in Ottawa (CPP-O).

但是Instructions Guide (IMM 5552)：

Citizenship and Immigration - Study Permit
Case Processing Centre
6212 - 55th Avenue, Unit 101

T9C 1X5
