They are different income from different issurer. But there is no difference for you to file your income tax.

T4A have to be report. may be you have to pay cpp. you can call me at 416-977-4395, if you don't understand.

If the amount in T4A is scholarship, you can deduct $3,000 when reporting the income, as far as I know.
