question 3: because you didn't use english version for explorer, so it didn't show up

question 4, same answer with 3. I have same problem with you, finally, I apply it on total english version (windows 2003 english version), everything runs smoothly and fast.

suggestion: go to public liabrary to apply it or under complete english version.
