To shanghainess, Can we discuss real estate in shanghai ?
 

hi ,Shanghainess, I came from shanghai too. What do you think about shanghai real estate price ? I am so so regret . I sold my apartment in last Dec. Now the price went up another 20%. I am totally pissed. Now I am thinking about entering that market again. What do you think about shanghai market?

i won't invest into the shanghai market at this time
 

I saved my money that was supposed to buy a home in Shanghai and planned to come over to Toronto....

People around me speculate that it would continue to rise for another 6 months and then drop.... but you just never know...

登陆17个月碰到一些移民, 包括从上海来的, 登陆之前都把在国内的房子给卖了, 弄得象真的似的, 跑到这里来大展宏图来了. 有趣.

不等钱用,决不卖上海的房子.
 

尤其是在几年钱买的房子.基本上都不是在峰顶买的,就算跌,也跌不到肉里.何况跌的可能性很小.

还有就是人民币升值的问题,RMB从长远来说总要升值.
