要准备什么装备？

要7.1出去，现在就要准备装备了。。。

根据不同地形，买不同的hiking boots

遮阳帽，防晒霜， 水瓶，longer hiking trail needs bringing some energy bars, food.

依照我目前的经验，在trail里面hiking的话都是浓荫蔽日的，太阳晒得不厉害。day pack背包要一个，带上水、食品、简单药品之类的。鞋子最重要，最好防水，而且能保护脚踝的。如果体力弱的人，能有hiking stick更好。

Merritt Trail Loop 2.5 hrs.
Meet at the Merritt Trail parking lot on Glendale Rd. east of the Pen Centre.

\ Saturday hikers are advised to carry a lunch and a sufficient supply of water.

LOCATION is in St. Catherine, QEW EXIT 57.

driving from Toronto should take 1.5 hrs, I suggest we meet around 11:00 am saturday at the parking lot.

如果你不怕花钱，去Mountain Equipment Coop里面都能买到。驱蚊剂Walmart也有。
我在Lake Superior那边走过难度很高的Trail大概6小时，到后来体力消耗很厉害的时候，高邦的鞋子对保护脚踝还是很有用的。

能有多少人去啊？
超过6个我就去。
有车，可以捎俩人。

现在我知道报名的有 格林威治， worldy, 加上我， 目前为止是三个，都有车。

这是一个中等强度的trail, 估计对设备没有多高的要求，我想一般的旅游鞋就够了；

恐怕驱蚊水要带点。

就当是一次拉练吧
