准备申请学校，有谁知到上学前最短多长时间申请贷款。我想申请三月份的学校，学校还接受，可现在开始办理贷款晚了吗？另外老公想买车，可能也就是这几天，多少钱以内的车不影响贷款，是加上税和保险一起算还是只有车的钱有影响？

normally the application deadline is 6 weeks before the end date of this semester.So you can apply now,even after the semester beginning.
