【求助】关于刷卡机
 

各位前辈，请帮忙。 我开了一家公司，申请了Monex的刷卡机POS MACHINE,但他们经常多收费，一个月不刷也收差不多90块，乱七八糟的set up fee 收了150， 我都不知情，他们自己在账户里扣了钱。服务也很差，我想取消，他们说罚款1000块。我应该怎么办？当初签的合同都没给我一份copy,我也不知该去哪投诉。大家千万不要用他们。

你当时是怎么开的户？打电话还是来SALES的？如果当时你没有在合同上签字，可以到小额法庭去告它，但据我所知，如果你的打电话方式开户的话，他们的文件里面有一条客户是否同意所有条款？如果你怕麻烦没有一条一条去看就直接同意的话，它也算在你签字的份上，到法庭你不太占理。当然，如果你确定他们是乱收费而不是你没有弄清楚，比如没有刷卡一般都有月费，你说的那个差不多90块也许就是那个月费之类的，你自然和他们论理。

最后，你可以要求他们给你一份合约COPY，哪怕是电话开的户也应该给你一份，建议仔细review过后再做结论。

是签约的，但没给我合同copy. 另外月费是30多元，其他费用是刷卡才有的。这个公司很差的，投诉没人管，销售的人不负责。我现在想取消，但是麻烦得很。

这都是怎么办理的啊?你别建议别人用不用了,先自己搞明白再说.我们一直用他们的,几年了,也没类似问题.
经常多收费,都收什么费? SETUP费是一次性的,应该能给你免了,没免的话也就叫了.
如果想取消,问一下合同是多么长的,合同完了之后再取消呗,反正你已经用上了.

when is the contract expire? i suggest you write a letter to request when contract expire, you don't want to renew. just wait the day.
if you want to burn the cash, just go to court.

Monex is a scam. i have bitter experence before with them. spend some money to buy a lesson. never never do not do any business with them. see

For the sake of those not wanting to get burned, here are some questions to ask long before signing!

How long is the contract they are selling? Standard 3 or 4 years or 7!
What is the cancellation fee? $350.00 or $5,000?
What are the details on the fine print on the contract...and do you get a copy?
How fine is the print?
Are the rates they offer saddled with extra (haulage) fees?
What are the fees if any for reports? Do others charge?
What is the customer service number, try calling and see what you get!
What info is showing on the BBB website?
Type in the company name and scam in google...what shows up.
What is the real company name? If it changes every two-three years, why?
Is the company name the same as the name your cheque is made payable?
What is the warranty offered, and when do you end up paying for it?

AS i knew, Monex has diffence company name but same group people, Monex group Money express financial INC. Money express POS solution, cash machine, money machine,1501308 ONTARIO INC. ,1651990 ONTARIO INC, and so on so on,

they may assign their contract each other, when contract expire, if you want to terminate it, who should you write letter for? they might say they did not receive it.

请问你怎样取消服务的，罚多少钱？我8月才签的，所以要罚款1000元呢。这是家印度人开的骗子公司。

monex是2个中东人开的，口碑极差。只要一签字就开始抢钱。你要想毁约就告你。听说前一段被人买去了。不只道现在的公司是谁的。名字也换了。

现在我才注意到,是MONEX,不是MONEROIS.

Monex overcharging service fee is small portion, big question is that" do you trust them?."

As i knew, for other service supplier, batch-close receipt will show Host side and Terminal Side. If Terminal side less than Host side, company should refund the difference. But for Monex, who know? How much is the diffence? who check receipt every day? and in the monex Contract, it is said over a month, it is dean that merchant agree the disfference, no refund.

I suggest you handle this issue ASAP. even pay the panalty to terminate contract. who know, in future ,your loss maybe higher than $1000. if you continue to use their service. you should know how much your money go through their machine and then go back to your bank account?
