急问：如何补办枫叶卡？
 

朋友的枫叶卡去年丢的，直到几天前才发现，也未报警。请问：
1、一定需要报警吗？
2、补办需要哪些手续？

亲身经历(by ken)：1-先报警，不用打911啊，自己去警局报案就可以了，警察会给一张receipt你。2-拿住receipt，去华咨处，填表，申请过，大约1个月之后，收到一封蓝色的信，有个指定时间去downtown的department去拿，就可以了。不用担心，好正常的。
