lp即将过来，让她学什么好呢？

即将给lp办好移民，她打算过来后先上college，但是不知道该上什么专业比较有前途。
她是国内英语专业本科毕业，一直在大学教书。比较胆小，不敢学医学有关的专业，所以去了护士这个路。那还有哪个专业比较合适呢？她的优势就是一过来，语言不是大问题。
还有，上college需要先准备什么材料呢？大学成绩，还是学历公证？我是没有头绪啊。谢谢
