canon s3:$399

I just ordered Canon s3 at $399 from www.dell.ca.
is it a good deal? and Canon s3 is a good camera?

我12/27在bestbuy买的449.99,今天看了DELL的DEAL 399,就去了bestbuy要求price matching,结果他们给我退了100.99.赚大了！！hiiiiii---
