US H1 visa ???
 
Hi, my sister have US H1 visa and she want to visit me in Christmas. Somebody say she maybe lose her H1 visa if she come to Canada? Is it true? Does anyone has similiar experience and related information, please post or email me at: bchen_ca@yahoo.ca, thank you so much!

在美国的持H1身份，短期加拿大旅游，30天内返美不用签证

在美国的持H1身份（visa是护照所盖（贴）的印章，有期限限制）的外国人，短期到加拿大、墨西哥走亲访友或旅游，根据北美自由贸易协定的规定，凭有效I-94表30天内返回美国不用签证。但要注意的是，在离开美国境时，无论选择航空，还是陆地，不要将I-94表交出，否则会引起一些麻烦。
