Mr. Luck Green, (hereafter referred to as the “Employee”), residing and domiciled at 100 anystreet, Anytown, Any Province, Canada, by the present acknowledges having accepted and received from ABC CANADA (hereafter referred to as the “Company”) the gross amount of ten thousand dollars (100,000.00$), representing ten (10) weeks of salary from which will be deducted legal and fiscal withholdings by way of full and final settlement in regard to and by way of renunciation to any right, action, complain, resource, demand, damage or claim of any nature whatsoever related to his employment or to the termination of his employment with the Company which the Employee has, had, or may in future have against the Company, its parent company, its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, and associated companies, and each of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, managers, agents, employees, and representatives, regardless of the period during which they held those positions (hereafter collectively and/or individually designed as the “ABC Group”) and to whom the Employee hereby gives a full and final release.

没有不通，就是要你放弃追溯权喽，否则由此发生的费用要从你那一万块or十万块里扣掉。

ten thousand dollars (100,000.00$), 好像差很多捏，要是能拿10万块遣散费走人，偶都要笑s了。:D

至于条款本身是否合法，倒是不清楚，不过据俺所知，多数解约信都是这样的。
