【求助】这种情况能申请到Regular EI吗?
休完产假,打算回去上班,但是公司在我休产假期间又雇佣了另外一个人顶替了我,现在没有我的位子了,不需要我了。
这种情况能申请到Regular EI吗? 申请的理由是somebody replaced me还是shortage of work呢? 谢谢! |

失业后保留位置是省里的规定,EI是按照联邦法律发的。,所以呢,可以一边拿EI,一边索赔。

我的雇主给我的roe说我原来的职位取消了,可我知道他另招了一个人顶替我. 是不是必须别人顶替的情况才可以转成regular EI呢?
