admiral 烤箱上的按钮是啥意思？

做了两回蛋糕，都没成功，估计是烤箱温度的问题。研究了下烤箱，除了温度调节外，有三个按钮，但不知道是啥意思，有没有高人指点一下？

所有时间均为格林尼治时间 -4。现在的时间是 13:28。
