technically, you should have T4 regardless how much the amount is. I've see one with only $3. as long as you're sure you're treated as employee by the agent, then ask them for it if they don't provide it by end of of february.

多谢楼上俩位DX的指点，问题是我现在搬到其它城市去了，找他们要会给我寄的新地址吗？如没有T4，可否我自己根据所发支票上的数来报税？

这点点钱根本不用担心，如果他寄给你，就抱。如果不寄，就不抱。如果胆子小，害怕，就打电话给他们你的新地址，让他们给你寄

当然是要好了，他们有责任寄给你。而且你可以把多交的EI,CPP在报税时拿回来，有利无害的。
