办理回国寄养后的小孩是否可以继续拿牛奶金
 

请教各位姐妹
我准备把加国国籍的小孩送回国，同时帮他办理寄养手续，但是不知道办理寄养后会不会影响小孩的牛奶金，政府是否会取消牛奶金。

应该不能领了，搜索一下以前的帖子吧，很多讨论这个的。

我记得牛奶金领取的条件有一项是小孩子要居住在加拿大，还要和监护人或者父母住一起。。。。。。所以离开加拿大时间比较长的话（一般来说3个月以上吧）应该报告，那牛奶金就停发了。小孩子回来以后再申请。

Can not. My friend sent his girl back home for 6 months and didn't report to the gov't. Later the gov't asked him to repay 6-month allowance + some penalties. You'd better inform the gov't if your kid stays in China for several months.

那如果我和小孩一起回国，不办理寄养的话，是不是就可以继续拿牛奶金了？

不可以，CRA知道要罚款

不可以的，要居住在加拿大。
规定里写着呢。所以一般来说离开3个月左右是没有问题的，可以默认为度假，如果超过6个月就不行了，不算在加拿大居住了。
