煎饼果子

隔几天就总想这一口,外面$3太贵了,吃了n次了,昨天试试自己做,步骤全知道,就是摊煎饼这一关.

1)绿豆,小米,面的比例?
2)没有摊煎饼的平底砂锅怎么办?

哪位大侠分享一下经验?
