(ZT)摩卡,拿铁和卡布奇诺区别
我们免不了都要喝咖啡,为了避免下次在 Starbucks 再被各种不同的咖啡弄得晕头转向,糊里糊涂,今天就来做做咖啡的功课。
espresso(意式浓缩咖啡) : strong coffee, made by forcing hot water through crushed coffee beans and served without milk
latte(拿铁) : a drink made by adding a small amount of strong coffee to a glass or cup of frothy steamed milk
cappuccino(卡布奇诺) : coffee made with heated milk which is served with a thick mass of bubbles and often powdered chocolate on the top
mocha(摩卡) : a mixture of coffee and chocolate
这里有个有趣的问题,按照字典的解释,latte 和 cappuccino 都是 espresso + 牛奶,但两者到底有什么区别?
为了把问题简单化,我们先来看看 espresso. espresso 因为磨得更细,所以要比普通的 coffee 更浓;喝的时候不该加奶,但可以加糖;
而 latte 和 cappuccino 的简单区别是:
latter = espresso + 多些牛奶 + 少些奶泡
cappuccino = espresso + 少些牛奶 + 很多奶泡
至于 mocha(摩卡),是其中加了巧克力,很好记。
最后,什么是 latte macchiato(玛琪雅朵)? 如果说在制造 cappuccino 的过程中是把奶泡倒到 espresso 上,那么我们换过来,把 espresso 倒到奶泡上,就成了 latte macchiato.
