can not read chinese

I get a new PC in office with XP.

But, I can not read Chinese!

1. 在你现在的系统上(我猜是英语版)加装中文包.
2. 装中文版的XP.

每过一段时间就会来一个类似的帖子。控制面板/日期语言地区/地区和语音选项/语言，装上东亚语言就可以看中文了。

要想输入中文，在“详细”里面加上中文输入法。

要想不乱码，在高级选项里面把unicode改为chinese-prc即可。

IT disable it. Go ask them to help you out, if company policy allows you to install it.

Apparently, you are a non-privilege user on your PC. Your system administrators enable the domain group policy or local group policy to prevent you from installing the package for East Asian Languages.
