刚在垃圾信箱中找到父母移民的体检通知，5月份发的，应该在30天以内寄给大使馆体检结果。现在显然是已经晚了，刚写信说明情况，不知道会怎样，有没有人遇到过类似的情况？忐忑中。

应该没问题，说明一下情况，多半会叫你去体检就行了。

我的信是说45天内将体检回执，连同其他某些资料寄到使馆，如果收不到就会按他们现在手上所有的资料决定是批还是拒。

现在没这么严格，大概因为是email，没收到或者进了垃圾箱的不少，不能确定你一定收到，也不能确定他们一定发了。
不象以前都是专递那么好确认，而且以前到了时间没收到护照和体检结果还会给你再发个警告信，现在警告信也没了，可见这个时间限制现在也不好说了。
我的迟了一年，根本没收到过邮件，更没有警告信。我就去email问怎么回事儿，他们说一年前给我发了邮件，那我说都一年前了，肯定找不到了，第二天就给我另外发了体检表。一起照旧，体检后一个多月拿到签证了。
不怕，给他们去信说明一下进垃圾邮件了所以耽误了，你这比我的case还省事儿，都不用重新给你发体检表email了。据说这种情况不在少数，所以没必要太担心。

现在就去体检就是了.
