现在BC省，短登，一年后到安省长住，不会开车驾照有必要在BC考吗？

要可以的话在BC考(指路试). 好像只有安省这个SB地方两次路试才能得到终身驾照

No, BC is same.and it will take you at least 2 years and 2 road tests before u get 5 class licence. but if you hold chinese licence over 2 years and passed knowledge test. you could take only one road test before u get 5 class licence,(5 class =G level)
