帮朋友问一下新移民的一个问题

朋友一家是魁北克省提名的移民。他们打算登陆魁省后一周，马上转到卡尔加里，这种方式是允许的吗? 会不会有什么不良后果?有没有强行规定要在魁省呆多长时间才能搬到其他地区?
