2003年在加拿大没有收入, 2003年税表上填了world income为10000刀;今年才有工资收入, 小孩现2岁, 请问现在能不能申请到OCCS.
另外, 是不是要等政府寄表来才能申请, 有谁主动申请到吗? 望指教.

所有时间均为格林尼治时间 -4。现在的时间是 18:19。
