纠结中：写 Money order 的收件名是什马？

大虾们！

能否指教一下，办超级签证给BUffalo写Money order/bank draft 的时候准确的收件人
Pay to the order of: Canadian Consulate General 对不对？还是 “Consulate General of Canada”？
