如何在网上预约 B1/2赴美签证?

我在多伦多, 护照还有4个月到期,应该先办延期还是签证,需要多长时间,具体是怎样的?

延期中国护照只要4个工作日.

现在上网预约的美国签证面世时间都是一个月后的.
