TAX DREDITS RETURN表格怎么填
 

在宝宝论坛发了，没得到确定的答案，只好发这里试试

找个份新工作，单位给了一大堆表格要填，其中有涉及到TAX DREDITS RETURN的，第8项

8. Amount for eligible dependant - if you do not have a spouse or common-law partner and you support a dependent relative who lives with you, and whose net income for the year will be less than $10,527, enter the difference between $10,527 and his or her net income....


我是单身，今年刚生了宝宝，没有配偶，孩子完全在我的名下抚养

1、请问这里的WHOSE NET INCOME指的是谁的收入，是指配偶还是DEPENDENT RELATIVE（宝宝）

2、如果上面的问题答案是宝宝，那么宝宝的牛奶金算不算收入，算我的收入还是宝宝的收入？如果答案是配偶，我可不可以认为他的NET INCOME是零，这项就填10,257
