限速50km,我开55km,接到罚单,怎么办?谢谢先!
 

:我是在 fort erie的小镇上接到罚单的,事情的经过是这样的:来去各只有单排路,在我前进的途中,离得很远我就看见对面路上有灯在闪,我等前面还有车,我不认为当时警察就认为我是超速了,重要的是我根本也没往心里去,所以我也没在意,我继续行使,等到我和警察错车的时候,
我认为我的车速肯定超过50,但不会超太多,我从镜子里看见对面行驶的警车作了个3点挑头,跟了上来,随后就中大奖了,得了一张罚单.理由是:speeding!在标明限速50km的区域以55km行使。
第一次的罚单，请大家帮帮忙，我该怎么办？

该项“车辆移道法”规定车辆在公路遇到公路旁停有正闪亮着红灯的紧急车辆，包括警车和拖车，不能在紧急车辆旁的行车道经过，必须移到第二条行车道越过紧急车辆。如果车辆因当时公路交通情况而不能移到第二条行车道，必需减速以低于20哩时速的车速慢慢经过该紧急车辆

不是说超速10KM/H以下是可以的吗? 还是LOCAL 和高速有别?

超速1公里，警察心情不好，一样可以罚你。一般超得不太猛，警察不管就是了，但是抓到了，超1公里也是超。交钱吧，别浪费时间了。不扣点。

是谁说的？中国人思维模式，和纽约机场钻栏杆那个博士后有何区别？如果这样子，为什么不直接把规定上调10km/h？:biggrin:

Ontario Move-Over Law is to protect emergence vehicles in the same direction. OP 's situation is different, and so the ticket has nothing to do with the Move-over Law.

THE LAW:

- Requires drivers to slow down, and proceed with caution when
travelling on all highways in the same direction as a stopped
emergency vehicle with its red lights flashing. If the highway has
two or more lanes, the driver must move over into another lane if it
can be done safely.

- In all circumstances drivers must take into consideration traffic and
weather conditions when taking the appropriate action when
approaching a stopped emergency vehicle with its red lights
activated.

- A person who contravenes these requirements will be guilty of an
offence punishable, for a first offence, by a fine of $400 to $2,000
and for subsequent offences by a fine of $1,000 to $4,000, or to
imprisonment for a maximum of six months, or to both a fine and
imprisonment. All convictions will result in the addition of three
demerit points to a driver's record. The court that convicts a person
of an offence may also suspend his or her driver's licence for a
maximum of two years.

理论上是超1公里罚款都可以。但仪表本身有误差，测量相对速度时候也会有误差，所以一般超10%以内警察不理你！否则401上130还不得天天挨罚呀！:redface:

罚款多少钱？一般40块是没有扣点的。看你去上上庭方便否，如果可以，就去上庭，要求警察证明他使用的仪器是准确的，因为才超速5KM，很难证明吧。

理由是:speeding!在标明限速50km的区域以55km行使。罚多少啊？
看这个理由是超速，5公里没多少钱。不会有什么影响。但是LZ没有交代清楚啊。

Penalty

(14) Every person who contravenes this section or any by-law or regulation made under this section is guilty of an offence and on conviction is liable, where the rate of speed at which the motor vehicle was driven,

(a) is less than 20 kilometres per hour over the speed limit, to a fine of $3 for each kilometre per hour that the motor vehicle was driven over the speed limit;

(b) is 20 kilometres per hour or more but less than 30 kilometres per hour over the speed limit, to a fine of $4.50 for each kilometre per hour that the motor vehicle was driven over the speed limit;

(c) is 30 kilometres per hour or more but less than 50 kilometres per hour over the speed limit, to a fine of $7 for each kilometre per hour that the motor vehicle was driven over the speed limit; and

(d) is 50 kilometres per hour or more over the speed limit, to a fine of $9.75 for each kilometre per hour that the motor vehicle was driven over the speed limit. 2005, c. 26, Sched. A, s. 17 (7).

只超了5公里，不扣点，也不影响保险，罚钱应该很少，不值得上庭。

认识到了“法制”的厉害了。国内人民也正在体验这个东西，谭作人才因为胡乱献血而被判了反革命罪。

超一公里也是超速，只不过各地的开车习惯不一样，允许超一些。
calgary的规定看见闪灯的警车停在路边必须将速度降下来到多少忘了。lz的遭遇是不是因为类似的规定。

我觉得警察抓楼主的原因是对紧急车辆没有减速避让，超速罚单只是给楼主一个警告而已，不然非得警察像12楼那样给个400块的罚单才明白。
