2. Besides IMM5257, do I need to fill up IMM 5257-schedule 1, what's the difference between IMM5257 and IMM 5257 schedule 1?

4. Is there any other form I need to fill up?

5. Do I need to pay the visa fee and submit the receipt to visa centre with all the other documents? How can I pay the visa fee?
