请问律师费可以退吗？

商业的小官司，开始预付了2000块给律师

但之后并没有任何出庭，只是和律师见了2次面，通过几次电话

发现他办事不是很负责，现在也没有更多的法律问题

可以向他要求退还部分的律师费吗

好的律师会主动退钱，给你出invoice列明细，外加余款。不好的律师也给出invoice，把你的钱都花光，连复印纸寄信发电邮都收费。

你的律师服务费每小时多少刀？

你跟他每次见面谈了多长时间？

$2000在律师眼里根本就不算什么。

如果不再继续了，要求他结账好啦。

You have to check the retainership agreement you have with your lawyer to see if he charges you by hour or by case. If by hour, then you can ask him for his legal bill which includes his legal fee & disbursement. You can get back whatever the leftover of $2,000 is , if there is any; If he charges you by case, then see if you agrees to pay him at least $2000 per case. Anyway, talk to him and ask him. Remember, you are his client. He gets instructions from you.
