我从2003年12月初到4月初打工600多小时,后来由于找到一个较好的工作就quit了,从4月份又开始打工,到现在又工作了360多小时,理论上讲如果被lay off 就能领失业金了。

可是我从网站上发现以下信息:
Quitting your job/or being fired for misconduct

If you quit your job voluntarily without just cause or if you are fired for misconduct, you will not be paid regular benefits. After quitting a job or being fired for misconduct, you must work the minimum number of insurable hours required to get regular benefits.

这里的After quitting a job or being fired for misconduct, you must work the minimum number of insurable hours意思是说从QUIT后必须又工作910个小时才能领失业金还是QUIT的那个工作的工作小时数累加一起够910小时?

每个个案都不尽相同. 只要你第二分工作的工资高于第一份,那么可以累加.否则不可以.
个人意见,仅供参考.你为何不到人力资源部问问?
