求助，家里的温控器的问题

有几次发现在一楼的温控器显示的温度是18度了，但是暖炉还不启动。我在程序设置是22度，我想应该是当室温低于22度，暖炉就应该启动了吧？请有经验的兄弟给辅导一下，谢谢
