【求助高中毕业证的复印件可以做翻译公证吗

我急需高中毕业证的翻译公证，我只把我的大学毕业证拿来了，高中毕业证的原件在中国，我让家人把高中毕业证上传到邮箱，我可以有复印件作公证吗

翻译件上会写：translated from copy of high school diploma provided by Mr.xxx, 不会写authentic copy什么的，看对方是否要求有authentic， original copy的语言在翻译件上

在国内做一个公证就一定行. 移民的时候都做过.
