Lease 里的option是否对房东有约束力？

Lease快RENEW了，不知道OPTION里的续约的价格和租期，房东是否一定要执行。

最好找一个commercial 的律师咨询一下
房东不一定执行，最好提前半年于房东谈，同时留意周边空的地方。（租金 etc)
