Land transfer tax question
 

买新房，如果价格是30万，计算land transfer tax的时候是按30万算，还是30万减去13%，也就是说265486算?

The tax rate has not changed since June 1, 1989.

0.5% of the value of the consideration up to and including $55,000,
1% of the value of the consideration which exceeds $55,000 up to and including $250,000, and
1.5% of the value of the consideration which exceeds $250,000, and
2% of the amount by which the value of the consideration exceeds $400,000 for land that contains at least one and not more than two single family residences.

其它省的 可以 Google 计算器. 另外加一个几十刀的什么(注册?)费用就是总额了. 如果有REBATE, 律师会在算的时候替你扣出来了.
