母乳喂养,自己带大小孩、小小孩,还要弄一家子的吃喝,很累。本以为体重会下降,但最近量得体重反而上升了,很是郁闷!为了有足够的母乳,我一天牛奶不断(脱脂奶),不是鱼汤,就是鸡汤,可能因此肥起来了。可是,不这么吃的话,我的母乳就明显不够。可老公已经发话了:母乳重要,身材也是很重要的。该怎么办?
喝汤的时候把油去掉再喝,不用吃得太刻意,反正你不觉得饿,吃的东西有营养就行了.喂奶时心情很重要的,保持心情愉快奶才会多.有时候压力大也会导致肥胖的,让你老公多做点家务,自己多点休息.
别管他怎么说,再说让他闭嘴!
