We are not in same provience. I suggest you keep doing welding, maybe do some construction welding.
You can take 3 years welding training school ( actually each year 2 months at school, other time go to work and make money). after first year, you can be tested as "c" welder.
after 3 years, you can be "B" welder.
as I know now, C welder makes about $19-25
"B" welder makes $33-39 per hour. if you own your welding truck and "B" welder.
You can make $70-100 per hour.
