Four years ago when I had been in Canada for only three months, I got an interview immediately after I applied for a position in a company (not a big company). I failed. I then read some interview books and thought it over. I guess, most probably, it might be due to the lack of the interview techniques and the knowldge about Canada culture. I answered HR's questions in our Chinese way and based on Chinese thinking.
I am sure Johny has some idea. Pls post it, let us share it!
