还有,跟后跟怎么个伸拉法呀?

方法基本都是把脚后跟这里筋拉开,象是半个前脚站在一台阶上,后脚跟腾空,当然手要扶着,别摔着了, ,这样用自己身体的重量压脚跟,拉筋。
还有就是双手撑墙身体前倾站着,膝盖不能弯曲,身体慢慢前倾,感觉脚后跟有拉紧,这样10秒,放松,然后重复做。
