I have personally checked this agent. I have even called their candidate center in China and ask them what kind of person can be a candidate. They thought I was a potential candidate, so told me anyone can be. -- they don't do health screening, they don't provide any care skill training at all (they told me that as well as I can find a friend in hospital/ school/kindergarten and write me a fake letter saying I have taken their such and such course, this agent will put my resume on their web (with the agent fees, of course).
I have had quite a few experiences with such agents either in China or in here. None of them sounds reliable.
