我曾经用银行的数据算过一下,加拿大过去20几年的平均5年固定贷款利率大约是9点多,如果是长期的投资和还贷,利率变化应考虑.
投资收入如果不是在RRSP里,必须考虑到税的因素.
我觉得既然自住房的贷款是不可以抵税的,越快还清越好.个人意见.
