2002.4 submitted bufflo
2002.10. file number
late 2003(forget the exact date) transfered to Detriot and an interview
required.
early 2004, Detroit officer waived my interview and asked updated infor, new form, FBI crime clearance, medical exam,....
2004.6 medical exam, updated form.
2004.8 asked my passport, landing fee.
they told me that I must send passport and landing fee in two months
also I can get the visa in person.
