这个是瞎话.我买的时候还得找律师做TITLE SEARCH.不可能的.
“toad”同学,楼上的警告确有其事,偶也听说过:租客拿着房主的“委托书”(假的)把房子卖了,结果是旧房主也进不去、新房主也进不去(双方都受骗了,都是受害者),骗子拿着钱在逃......
