默认 蒜片烧汁黄鱼(简易版)

锅内留少许底油,爆香新鲜蒜片,放入少许猪绞肉(半肥半瘦)煸炒至香

放入酱油(生抽),糖,少许水

下黄鱼,中小火烧煮至汤汁变稠,勾亮芡起锅。

喜欢香油(芝麻油)的可以起锅前淋入一小勺香油
