Enrolment Fee是以这种方式扣除的：从先从客户存款中直接扣取总Fee的1/2，当扣满1/2后，然后在从50%的存款中扣除剩下的1/2Fee，直到扣满。
例子：每年供2000，共19 units，Fee=3800。
第一年先扣掉（3800*0.5）=1900，然后扣（2000-1900）/2 =50，即第一年扣1950。
第二年扣2000/2=1000。
第三年扣掉剩下的850（= 1700/2）。
以上是Enrolment Fee扣除的方法。
另外，值得一提的是
1、小孩必须要上学，才能符合资格领取RESP的学费。CST的条件是，孩子必须上4年制大学。CET这里做得相对灵活些，孩子可以选择2-4年不等的大学或者学院（College）。若孩子不符合标准，学费当然就拿不回来了，政府给的Grant也会交回给政府（Grant退回，在银行买也如此）。
