那原来的房子在卖的时候不要交资产增值税吗?或者说你可以先卖这个房子,然后把primary residence移回原来的房子,再卖?两个都不缴税? 似乎是个很大漏洞啊,CRA怎么规定的呢?
该上的税一定要上, 上过了不是还赚钱吗? 如果多买几套换来换去的多麻烦, 最好把它当生意做. 看看是买房出租划算还是买TH咖啡店划算.
